Total Automotive was founded by Thomas Sciortino Jr., whose passion for cars began at an early age. Inspired by his father, a diesel mechanic, Tom pursued an automotive degree and gained hands-on experience working at chain stores like Goodyear. After three years of honing his skills, Tom decided to open his own shop in Buffalo, NY, offering a full range of auto repair services to the community. Over the years, Total Automotive has grown, moving to its current location on Sheridan Drive, and expanding its offerings to include cutting-edge diagnostics and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration.
With a strong foundation in family values, Tom and his team pride themselves on providing the kind of care and expertise that turns customers into loyal clients. Today, Total Automotive employs a team of 9 skilled technicians, including Tom’s wife, and continues to deliver the high-quality service it has become known for.
