I especially like the way the service people come to me in the waiting room with a tablet to explain things, rather than calling me to a desk. I also appreciate the no-pressure information about repairs not required to pass inspection or for immediate safety. Plus, the waiting room is clean and very comforatble - with a bookshelf - and the restroom is not just a white room with the minimal facilities. That's nice.
