Drove into shop without an appointment......was concerned about a thumping noise and steering wheel hard to handle. It turned out that I had a flat tire. They took me home, changed the tire and came back later to pick me up. Tom and Chris always make me feel safe and secure. I would NOT EVER take my care elsewhere for service. I would and have referred to family and friends.

They do not try to pressure her into buying something if it is something that does not need to be fixed right away. They do not try to take advantage of her. The facility is nice, neat, clean, and very well maintained.

I brought my car in for a tire pressure warning light. Two tires were low and had to be dismounted, resealed and remounted. Tom and Chris were very helpful as always, explaining how this problem can occur in very cold weather when the beads don't hold properly. The fix was done quickly and free of charge (they really do stand behind their products). Very satisfied.
