Judy said she likes the service at this business. The employees are very courteous. If something is starting to go wrong with her vehicle, they will let her know. They do not try to pressure her into buying something if it is something that does not need to be fixed right away. They do not try to take advantage of her. The facility is nice, neat, clean, and very well maintained.

I brought my car in for a tire pressure warning light. Two tires were low and had to be dismounted, resealed and remounted. Tom and Chris were very helpful as always, explaining how this problem can occur in very cold weather when the beads don't hold properly. The fix was done quickly and free of charge (they really do stand behind their products). Very satisfied.

I called because I noticed I was overdue for an oil change. They scheduled me the very next morning which I had asked was possible. Chris who is so cordial said of course and got me in at 9 am. They reminded me of another maintenance job that was due and got to work right away.I just love them. They are the BEST ! I will keep referring people to them because of their honesty and efficiency

Love Total Automotive. Priced remote car starter years ago at another place (lured in by outdoor sign but advertised price wasn't for the starter that could accommodate my year, make, and model). But tried again this year as a gift for someone and was told of a great deal offered by an auto shop place on Oliver Street in N.Tonawanda on Groupon. I looked into it and called to make sure the price advertised was for a starter that would fit the car we wanted it for. It did. Then I called two dealers to compare prices and they were $100 more. Then I called Total Automotive, and they were $49 less. It was such a good price that I bought TWO of them - one for each car! So thankful for Total Automotive. Great service, great pricing, and we love our Total Automotive remote car starters!
