AVOID. 1st issue: Had 4 tires replaced. They failed to replace the valve stems. Within two weeks, one of the tires leaked at the stem. Whenever you're replacing 6 year-old tires, it's common place for the mechanic to replace the valve stems; they cost the shop only .69 cents, and you're charged $4 per tire anyway, so it's win-win for them. I took the car back, they addressed the leak, and it took another 2 hours out of my day. 2nd issue: My car was promised at a certain time. It was not ready until 3 hours later. I realize that things happen, but for a minor job like tires, this is inexcusable. This becomes problematic when you're having a friend drop you off at the shop, are required to be at work on time, and have basically planned your entire day around tires being installed. 3rd issue: They promised to fill them with their cutting-edge new technology Nitrogen gas (according to Consumer Reports doesn't make one bit of difference). When I finally went to get the car, the guy said they'd run out of Nitrogen. Two tires are Nitrogen filled, the others with air. I will never go to Total Automotive again, nor will I recommend them.
