I've been a pretty loyal customer here for a couple years now. I originally went here because their old location was walking distance to my house. The new location is a little farther away, and I actually have to pass a couple of other mechanic shops on my way here. I continue to go here because they understand that I'm not made of money, and I like to pick and choose what work gets done and that I do a lot of work on my car myself. I've never felt pressured to get any work done on any of my cars, and they've never tried any crooked tactics (i.e. selling tires or wiper blades to pass inspection). The new waiting room at the new location is also great. It's well air conditioned, has a nice clean bathroom, and there's a coffee machine for customers to use. I came here with my wife, and 11 month old baby today, and I let the baby crawl around on their floor. The baby was happy the entire time. The service writer is very friendly, knows me by name, and is very knowledgeable about automotive repair.

As usual, very happy with my experience. Quality work at a fair price. This is where I bring all my work now.

I go here for things that aren't covered by my warranty. I feel like this shop is not trying to upsell me, or pressure me, or sell me something I don't need. That goes for everyone I've ever dealt with there. Their prices are also insanely better than my dealership.

I have been going to total automotive for the past 15 years. They are always courteous, friendly and highly professional. Their honesty is outstanding!
