Friday April 8th, I stopped in to request air in my tires as my service light for low tires had suddenly come on. Not only did Chris immediately check the tires, he found a screw in one and got my car in for a immediate repair! Within an hour, I was on my way again. Well worth the wait, especially with all your reading material available in the waiting room. During my wait I witnessed more fabulous customer service as Chris sat down next to a man and explained in the fullest detail what was wrong with the some kind of fluid from his car, what they had done, etc. He answered the man's questions and the man seemed very grateful, like everyone I have seen when visiting your shop. I have recommended your service to others and will continue doing so. Thanks

I have been having my car serviced at Total Automotive for approximately 20 years. I have always been pleased with the service received. I totally trust Tom, the owner, to give me good advice regarding what I need to do to keep my car in good running condition. I recently purchased a used car from Tom and am very pleased with it. Chris, who manages the shop, is very polite, professional, knowledgeable and a true asset to the business. I have called on more than one occasion with the need for an immediate appointment , and Chris has gotten me in as soon as possible. I do not have much contact with the mechanics who work on the cars, but on the few occasions that I have, I have found them to be very professional. I have referred friends to Tom and they have all been very pleased with service received. I would not take my car anywhere else for servicing.

This place is great!! Its near my mom's house and whenever I have gone they have been able to take me in right away, and always give good, honest advice. They also are very nice and have done small things at no charge. They are like a local, home business that are interested in serving their community sincerely. I have always had a good experience with them.
