I want to extend a warm thank you to Chris and Scott and the other talented mechanics at Total Automotive. Their team treats you with respect and integrity regardless of your knowledge of mechanics and gender. If you express a concern about your vehicle they will check it out and explain if any additional costs are required and a step by step detailed explanation of what needs to be done. I don't mind waiting for an extended period of time in their shop because there isn't an atmosphere of inferiority or sexism. I love that they have Tom's wife as part of operations, it's great to see a woman behind the counter in a car mechanic place. Also Total Automotive is one of the few places that offers a shuttle service which is a blessing when you have unexpected car trouble and do not have anyone to turn to for a ride. Thank you for your honest and integral business.
