I was thrilled to have the Total Automotive staff so willing to double check my tire which had been flat and fixed by AAA. I did not doubt the job they did, but just needed to peace of mind that all was well and that I wouldn't be stranded someplace with a flat!

Service writer Chris went above and beyond mere professionalism to see that my issues were addressed in the most economical yet still correct fashion. He's a true people person and I'm so glad Tom found him. He and the staff stayed well past closing time to restore my car to total roadworthiness. Thanks, guys!

As usual, I received good service and it was done in a timely fashion. Chris is very efficient and so personable. I have never had a problem at Total Automative and have taken my car there for almost 20 years. I will continue to have my car serviced there. I have recommended Total Automotive to several of my friends.
