Maggie said she took her vehicle to another business for repair prior to this visit but they were too pushy and did not believe her about the issue with the vehicle. This business was good and was able to fix her issue.

I first came to Total Automotive because they are the closest mechanic shop to my house. I came in today to get my car inspected. I'm used to mechanics trying to sell you wiper blades or air filters. I was told that the bushings for my rear sway bar links were old and they needed replacing, but that they weren't an inspection item and they wouldn't fail me for it. I explained to them that the links I used were aftermarket links and that I had to contact the manufacturer to get replacement bushings for them. They understood and I happily paid for the inspection and was done.

Excellent service with no attempt to rip you off

As always, the customer service is second to none. Tom and his staff always look for my best interest. Whatever service or repair I need is performed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend Total Automotive.
