I would recommend Total Automotive for auto repairs. Appointments are always set up in a timely manner. Repairs go smoothly. They work closely to keep me notified of preventive maintenance issues. Any problems have always been quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

I am new to the buffalo area and this was the closest shop next to the university I attend. They are a total rip off my car is honestly not the same since I've been to them they are overpriced and for what the quality of service is worse then bad its horrible. If you want to waste money then come on down to total automotive but besides that I advise all individuals to take their business else where. I am so upset with the way my car runs.

Had two issues with this place... 1) My car wouldn't start. had it towed to Total, it sat for four days, and they called me saying it was the remote starter. Charged 300 bucks to take it out. Got it Thurs night took it to work, when I got out it wouldn't start again. Called Friday, they said have it towed back and we will take care of you. It sat for another week and it turned out to be the crank sensor. Which I got charged for that. I asked well you going to put in the remote starter, of coarse they didn't. I didn't expect them to, just mad I got charged twice because of bad trouble shooting. 2) A visit before that, they called explaining a problem with a check engine light, which was never fixed. So they said the car needed new serpentine because they spilled fluid on it and I had to pay for it. At least they were honest in saying they spilled fluid on it instead of saying something else!
