Honest, good work, not inexpensive but hard to find this good of a repair shop. You get what you pay for.

Tom was correct in the idea of new brakes and pads for the front tires. The difference when I pulled out of the lot was unbelievable. Good Job

I purchased tires from Total Automotive a few years ago, and after this rough winter with many potholes I had slow leaks with some corrosion. They cleaned everything up and worked on my car for over an hour. The cost to me: NOTHING! When you buy tires from them, they rotate and repair for free. I love these guys!

Chris went above and beyond with my situation...he did a great job communicating each concern and his communication with my warranty company!

The quality of the work and the customer service is superior. The only thing that could have made my experience better was if I received regular updates on the status of the diagnostic being done on my vehicle.I called every 2 hours to get an update. It would have been better if I did not need to call.

I do recommend you now to friends and even to people I don't like.
