I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY CAR TO TOTAL AUTOMOTIVE SINCE THE 1980'S AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH BOTH THE WORK AND CLIENTELE. TOM, THE OWNER AND CHRIS, THE OFFICE MANAGER ARE VERY HELPFUL AND CONSCIENTIOUS. THEY MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO FIT ME IN THE SCHEDULE WHEN NEEDED. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE FOR REPAIRS. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND VERY HELPFUL.

Brought in car for suspected anti freeze leak. A pressure check was done and there was no leak. They filled a tire that was low without asking. All of this for no charge.
