This place is special. They make every effort to accomodate your need for appointment times. They tell you the truth about your repair options. I am very happy with everyone who works there.

Tom and all the other workers at Total Automotive have always provided the best customer service around. They fit appointments to your schedule and explain all the work that needs to be done before fixing your car. We have gone to this shop for over 15 years, and would definitely recommend it to others.
