I became weary of the mega car dealerships; and tired of paying for their free cookies. I've been bringing my auto to Total for a few years. Tried a mutual friend's smaller 2 car port shop...ugh...way too much smoke, bribes, and asking their customers to help them pick up items from dealerships. Total is just right. They are prompt, polite, informative, and reasonable in price. This is my first review. Today I had an oil change. My car went into the port at 9:25am, and was finished and driven back out front around 10:35am...and they had customers regularly entering into the shop. Nice to know they are busy!
