In spite of snow, they were open and serviced my car keeping it in top shape, while getting me in and out in great time. The waiting area has Keurig coffee and tea which I always take advantage of while I get work done.

I called with an unexpected issue with my car. Chris had me come in right away. The problem was found and fixed . Always friendly , prompt, and reasonable.

First time with Total Automotive. My daughter uses them, so, I decided to call them. I am very pleased with their service and plan to use them from now on for my Trax.

As always Chris, Tom and the techs took care of my Miata MX-5 superbly.....amazing as they lost phone and Internet service due to bone head tree trimmers. Chris used his cell phone as hot spot in order to continue to do business. Amazing!!!!

The service staff presented me with the available range of options and the data to make an informed decision. I felt I had a say in my service rather than being dictated to. I appreciated that.

The only thing that I can say negative about Total Automotive is that they are just too far from my house, but then that is my fault for moving from Tonawanda to Cheektowaga. I've been using them for many years now and have always found them to be fair and reliable, otherwise I wouldn't be traveling to far for service. When I find a company I like I stick with it. So if you live in the Tonawanda area give then a try, or if you live in Erie County give them a try. I think you will find it worth it.
