They're honest knowledgeable and do excellent work. we had an engine light and a car that was difficult to start only when cold. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had our car back the next day. They also did awesome work on my son's car. lastly, they really know tires. I wanted something all season that was good in the snow. they told me to get "all weather" tires and sold me some toyos which were awesome
I have been taking my cars to Total Automotive for more than 30 years and I will continue to do so as long as I am driving. I have great confidence in the service that I receive and have always had every confidence in their work on my automobile. I feel very safe and secure when I'm in my car. Tom, the owner, and Chris, Tom's assistant are very friendly and attentive to the needs of their clientele. The staff who work on the cars are knowledgeable and helpful. i would never take my car anywhere else.
Once again, I had a problem and took my car in for service. I have been taking my autos to Total Automotive for more than 30 years and will continue to do so for as long as I'm driving. I always know that when I take my car in that I will receive the best attention and care. I have never had a reason to not be perfectly satisfied with the work done. We had a very very expensive repair on my sons Mikes 2014 car . Total automotive did everything they could to bring our price down. It still was expensive but the car runs better than when we got it. I would definitely recommend. Thanks to the manager and who ever worked on our crazy car.
