My 84 year old mother went there the other day to have an oil change and when she went to pick up the car, after she paid $40 for a simple oil change, they told her they looked the car over and her back brakes where very bad and had to be fixed right away, she said they told her they could do it for only $550!!! This was just for her BACK brakes! Total ripoff artists! She went somewhere else and paid half that price! She said even though there where a ton of cars in the parking lot, there were no customers. I think since they moved to the new location, their service has gone down hill and they've gotten very greety. She will never go there again. I don't know where those over 500- 5 star reviews come from but I don't think it's legit because there where absolutely NO 3,2, or 1 star reviews posted. Or it may be legit but they only post the 4 and 5 stars.

All of our recommendations include a written and itemized estimate to explain exactly what you are paying for. Our brake repairs include lifetime ceramic brakes, brake hardware, and new rotors to insure a complete and proper repair. The caliper brackets are sandblasted to ensure that rust buildup in the caliper slides are free of rust and scale that often lead to premature brake wear-out. Our waiting area was likely empty because we offer complimentary shuttle rides for customers that will be waiting more than an hour. Neither our staff, nor our prices have changed since our move to the new location, and we are pleased to continue growing our customer base in our new building. I am sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing experience with us, despite the fact that you have never actually been here. We hope your mother is well, she was delightful to talk with during her stay with us.
