The quality of the work and the customer service is superior. The only thing that could have made my experience better was if I received regular updates on the status of the diagnostic being done on my vehicle.I called every 2 hours to get an update. It would have been better if I did not need to call.

Tom and all the other workers at Total Automotive have always provided the best customer service around. They fit appointments to your schedule and explain all the work that needs to be done before fixing your car. We have gone to this shop for over 15 years, and would definitely recommend it to others.
