I called at 10 am and asked if they had any appointments available, the front end manager got me in for an oil change at 3pm the same day! That may not sound impressive to some but when you call around and others say the middle of next week. I was happy. I asked if he could check my battery while doing the oil change and was expecting to pay for that service, all included in the cost of the OC.. He greeted me at the door and got me all checked in. He used active listening and made sure that my concerns where adressed. This company is honest and holds integrity in my experience. I asked about a part that I hadn't been able to find for my van. He went above and beyond to search, find and print off everything I needed. After leaving the facility I noticed that a windshield wiper was not fully functioning and that was knew and asked if anyone did any work to that area. He himself said to come back and would look at it. 5 minutes before closing he came out, tightend a bolt and sent me on my way. Works flawless now. I live 1 hour away with 100 places in between that I could get an oil change but I will return because of the amazing service they provided. I'm sorry that I couldn't remember the name of the manager but he was awesome. 100% recomend.
