Every time I need service for my 2020 Ford EcoSport, the team at Total Automotive are there to "save the day"! Perhaps one of the strongest elements of their service to me is they never rush thru...and they always review for me every element of the service when completed. They also invite questions to insure I am knowledgeable of what the problem was and what was done to remedy the problem. I consider myself very lucky to have moved back to WNY and have Total Automotive nearby!

Chris and Tom took good care of me as I have grown to expect. It took longer than I had hoped for, but I got there about 10:30 am and was able to drive my wife's car home that night after spending a very long day at Total Automotive. Thanks guys. I'll be back unfortunately, which of course means because my vehicles will continue to need repair.
