NEVER AGAIN. . This place moved from 2125 Eggert Rd in Amherst to this location a few years ago. Their old location was legendary for substandard service and other shenanigans (do some online research). ........................................................................................................................ They were formerly known as Buffalo Discount Muffler and Brake, and their invoices showed Tech -Net Professional Auto Service, their previous 2125 Eggert Rd. Amherst NY 14226, REG#7035558. Why the shell games with the name changes? ....................................................................................................................... If the owner doubts that I am a (former) customer, I will post a copy of my receipt. I will also post a photo of the symmetrical gouges they put in each of my aluminum wheel rims when they installed tires.

A light went on on my dashboard and I immediately called Tom. As usual, he calmed me down and scheduled me for the next available date and time. The problem was solved in a very timely manner. I have and will continue to recommend Tom to my friends. Tom's associate, Chris, is always very professional and very friendly. I have been having my car serviced at Total Automotive for about 20 years and I would not take my car anywhere else. I have also purchased a car from Tom and was very happy with it.
