I have found a new service center for my 2003 car! I happened to see this place driving down Sheridan Drive. Since I have an older car, I worry about dishonest mechanics. Well, from the friendly greeting from Tom when I walked in to the fast professional service, I found a honest mechanic. They didn't try to scare me into unnecessary repairs. Very happy with Total Automotive & I will recommend them.

Honest place. Very friendly also. Will definitely return. I have a old car (2003) Most places would claim a hundred things wrong with it. Tom told me it was in good shape! I was very pleased with the professional service I received. Finally found a trustworthy car repair shop!!

Total Automotive is awesome. Took my 2016 Forester back to dealer for oil change thought I would be in and out---no way had to leave car for the ENTIRE day---so inconvenient. My daughter recommended Total Automotive. They are efficient and trustworthy--in and out in an hour. They even give a discount for AAA members!!! Great job, guys.
