As usual, my visit to Total Automotive was impressive. I had made an appointment for an oil change and it was done in a timely manner. I like to either watch the television, or read one of the books or magazine made available for the customers. And the dish of Hershey kisses is always welcome. The actual work/service on the car has proven to be efficient and well done. I have recommended Total Automotive to my friends, and started here because of a recommendation from a friend.

I have been a customer of Total Automotive for years, and their work is always excellent. I recently visited them again to repair some shoddy work done on my car years ago by another repair outfit. Total Automotive was -- as usual -- friendly and fixed the issue perfectly. (Why didn't I just go to them in the first place?! I certainly will from now on.) One of the few consistently excellent businesses!
