I "dropped in" to Total Automotive at around 4:30 pm yesterday with a battery problem. Tom checked it right away and said that I needed a new battery (he showed me the printout). Since mine had died two days before, and also the day before that, and had to have Triple AAA come to my home to jump start it, I knew I had a problem. My original battery was 5 years old and was not strong enough any more for the cold weather. Anyway, Tom said he could replace my old battery in 10 minutes. Since it was going on 5 pm by now and I had a dinner planned at 5:30 I agreed to have it done. He had it finished very quickly and I was on time for my planned dinner. What great accommodating! Had only purchased WeatherTech mats through TA, but was so impressed by Chris' willingness to help, and his courtesy [good PR person!] that I decided to switch to TA. It was clean, busy, and after speaking with other clients, heard how satisfied they were. Side benefit: very close to home. Simple visit for car inspection and wipers today [ we lease our car] but I found the same environment as before Very pleased!
