Rating: Poor. My friend took her car there for NYS Inspection and afterward called me for an opinion. The inspector alleged that the rubber wiper blade insert was ripped. They convinced her that she need to have both blades replaced, which were $41 installed. If not, they would have rejected the car. The threat of having a pink rejection (10 day) sticker on your windshield is often enough to convince someone to pay for something they may not need. I realize that things happen, but the blades were Bosch, and were less than 6 months old. The car was not driven in the winter, so the chance of something like road salt ripping a blade was minimal. I have no doubt that the Bosch blades were fine. The replacements were cheap Chinese-made ones, that cost $4 retail. Not to point fingers, but look up wiper blade fraud, it's the new method for repair shops to rip people off, especially clueless women or the elderly.
