Always get wonderful service. My tire was terribly shredded somehow on 'thanksgiving on the way home from Orchard Park to Buffalo. Triple a towed my car to Total Automotive and left my keys and a note in the drop off box. Bright and early the next day they had a fresh tire waiting for me. AND they noticed my window washer fluid was down and filled it up for me. Can't beat that.
