Total Automotive is always easy to deal with. I do like Chris and Tom but what they could do to make it better is have a pretty girl there instead of Chris. Just kidding Chris you're great!

In our experience Total Automotive offers everything that the big dealers offer- and more; clearer communication about a problem and its solution, along with speedy service. Those two pluses beat out free doughnuts at the big dealerships. Total has gone the extra mile when counts for us as well (though I wouldn't refuse a free donut).
