I took my vehicle to Total Automotive for collision work after an accident. I got my vehicle back before I expected to as a lot of work was needed. Tom worked hard to get the parts needed even though a lot weren't readily available. I take my vehicle here for all my automotive needs because I trust them. I highly recommend Total Automotive.

I have been going to Total Automotive for probably 10 years. I have always felt that I have been treated fairly and honestly, not like so many places. They don't fix what is not broken. Recently I went to Basil on Transit Rd in Lancaster because they are only one mile away. Big mistake! I will never go there again or ever buy a vehicle from them.
