Whenever I visit Total Automotive I trust that the service will be top notch and the accommodation to my needs is always there. Chris is very pleasant, efficient, and able to adjust to my requests of time, etc. I really wouldn't think of taking my 9 year old car anywhere else.

I went there to get my thermostat replaced. Very friendly, honest and fast. I fear auto shops because some places screw you over. Total Automotive was honest and I didn't feel screwed over. Now my Grand Caravan runs better than ever! The prices are fair and I will definitely go there again for all of my services! I'm recommending to my family and friends!
