When I had sudden car problems recently, the one calming thought while trying to get the car to the shop was that once I made it there, the car would be in good hands. They got the car on the rack quickly, saw the problem, and since a warranty repair was involved, readied the car for safe towing to the dealership for repair. They also installed a new battery right before the Christmas blizzard shut Buffalo down. They worked late to make sure we could have safe transport during the weather emergency. Every time I'm there I see a lot of older people who all have similarly good things to say when we are chatting in the waiting room. Prices are fair, repairs stay fixed, no price gouging and totally friendly, knowledgeable service. They keep up on the latest technologies with electric vehicles too. I couldn't possibly recommend them more highly.
