I went in for my annual inspection and mentioned the car was a little sluggish when accelerating. Sure enough, my turbo was badly leaking. Cost for repair, along with a tune up and the annual inspection, was no small chunk of change. But I immediately approved the repair because from all of the years of working with Tom and Chris I had no doubt it was a necessary repair and that I was getting a fair price and a quality repair. I have seen them counsel other owners about what they needed and what they could afford to wait on. I also saw them talk an older woman out of work that would have made them a lot of money on a car that wasn't worth the repair that was needed so she didn't waste her money. They always do a great job! And my most recent repair was no exception.
